Pakistani Students Develop Drone Ambulance for the Flood-Affected

Buzz Feedz: Two students, Sumaya Bhutto and Tohftul-Nisa Mirani, from Shah Abdul Latif University in Khairpur, have developed a model drone ambulance aimed at helping flood-affected people. By exhibiting their prototype at the annual science fair, the students harnessed drone technology to improve healthcare delivery in challenging areas.

The drone ambulance can reach inaccessible places and provide life-saving medicine and first aid to stranded people.

You can also identify those who need help. Piloted remotely via mobile phone or laptop, the drone is powered by a 1000 KV motor, allowing a flight time of 30 to 40 minutes at a speed of 70 meters per hour. With a maximum load capacity of 30 kg, the drone comes with an integrated first aid kit.

Sumaya Bhutto pointed out that the drone, known as an air ambulance, has the potential to carry even heavier payloads with more powerful engines.
